DescriptionAM6545 is a peripherally active, cannabinoid receptor antagonist with limited brain penetration. AM6545 binds to CB1 and CB2 receptors with Kis of 1.7 nM and 523 nM, respectively. AM6545 is a neutral antagonist. AM6545 can be used for the research of obesity and its complications.
