    Tubulin inhibitor 8 blocks mitosis through an arrest of cells in the G2/M phase, as illustrated in typical histograms.Tubulin inhibitor 8 shows excellent antiproliferative potencies with IC50s of 15, 6, 8, 2, 8, 6, and 9 nM for NCIH460, SKOV3, BT549, 451LU, SW480, COLO-205, and DLD-1 tumor cell lines, recpectively.
