-
DescriptionAtrial Natriuretic Peptide (ANP) (1-28),rat (TFA) is the main circulating forms of Atrial Natriuretic Peptide (ANP) in rats, which strongly inhibit the secretion of Ang II - stimulated endothelin-1.(In Vitro):Rat ANP (1-28) and rat BNP-45, which are the respective major circulating forms of ANP and BNP in rats, potently inhibited Ang II-stimulated endothelin-1 secretion in a concentration-dependent manner. Rat ANP (5-25) is less effective that Rat ANP(1-28) with respect to inhibiting immunoreactive (ir)-endothelin-1 secretion and increasing cellular cyclic GMP. Rat ANP (1-28) inhibits the secretion of ir-endothelin-1 in a concentration-dependent manner between 0.01 and 1 μM.

Fibrinopeptide A, hu...
Fibrinopeptide A, human is a 16-residue short polypeptide cleaved from fibrinogen by thrombin. Fibrinopeptide A, human locates at the NH2-termini of the Aα chain. The conversion of monomeric fibrinogen into polymeric fibrin is mediated by thrombin, which binds to the central region of fibrinogen and catalyzes cleavage of the 2 short peptides, the 16-residue fibrinopeptide A (FpA) and the 14-residue fibrinopeptide B (FpB), located at the NH2-termini of the Aα and Bβ chains, respectively.
