Brief DescriptionN-trans-caffeoyltyramine is a novel and potent modulator of inflammatory responses.
-
DescriptionN-trans-caffeoyltyramine is a novel and potent modulator of inflammatory responses.(In Vitro):N-trans-caffeoyltyramine inhibits the production of NO, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-10 in the LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells in a dose-dependent manner. N-trans-caffeoyltyramine markedly suppresses the expression of COX-2 and the production of prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) in response to LPS stimulation. N-trans-caffeoyltyramine markedly decreases p-c-Jun N-terminal kinase (p-JNK) protein expression in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells.

D-Proline
D-proline is an isomer of the naturally occurring amino acid L-Proline. D-amino acids have been found in relatively high abundance in human plasma and saliva. These amino acids may be of bacterial origin but there is also evidence that they are endogenously produced through amino acid racemase activity.
