-
DescriptionLusianthridin is a natural product from Dendrobium venustum. Lusianthridin exhibits anti-migratory property at nontoxic concentrations. Lusianthridin enhances c-Myc degradation through the inhibition of Src-STAT3 signaling.(In Vitro):Lusianthridin showed appreciable cytotoxicity against human lung cancer cell lines with IC50 values of 65.0 μg/mL. Lusianthridin (0-100 μM) inhibited cell viability at concentrations greater than 50 μM in both H460 and H292 cells. Lusianthridin significantly reduced the CSC populations in both H460 and H292 cells of the CSC spheres, with a significant decrease in the size of the H460 CSC spheres by approximately 10%, 63%, and 77% at day 3 at concentrations of 5, 10, and 20 μM, respectively.

L-Asparaginase
L-Asparaginase (L-?ASNase), a hydrolase that catalyzes the conversion of L-asparagine, used in acute lymphoblastic leukemia treatment.Asparaginase is an enzyme that is used as a medication. As a medication, L-asparaginase is used to treat acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. It is given by injection into a vein, muscle, or under the skin.
