DescriptionDimethylbutyl is an antihistamine/anticholinergic drug. It is administered orally and used to relieve itching locally.(In Vitro):In follicle-enclosed Xenopus oocytes, Dimethindene (5-500 μM) decreases Cromakalim cromakalim-induced K+ currents (IC50 = 29.5 μM).(In Vivo):In C57BL/6 mice with skin wound healing, Dimethindene (0.25 mg; i.p.) impairs cutaneous wound healing and delays skin wound closure.
