DescriptionCGP 35348 is a selective antagonist of GABAB receptor (EC50 = 34 μM). CGP 35348 can be used in studies of neuromuscular coordination and spatial learning after neonatal brain damage in albino mice.(In Vivo):In male Wistar rats, CGP 35348(100, 300, and 900 mg/kg) produced an increase in the duration of non-REM sleep and rapid eye movement (REM) sleep and reduced strongly spike-wave discharges.
