(In Vivo):Bromperidol antagonises stereotyped behaviour and agitation induced by apomorphine or amphetamine, and inhibits conditioned reactions and learned intracranial self-stimulation in rats.Bromperidol antagonises apomorphine-induced emesis and inhibits the conditioned avoidance response in dogs.
