DescriptionBrexpiprazole is a new antipsychotic drug.
-
In VitroBrexpiprazole (0-1.0 μM, 4 days) potentiates NGF-induced neurite outgrowth in a dose-dependent manner in PC12 cells.
-
In VivoBrexpiprazole (0-0.1 mg/kg; p.o.; once) improves social recognition deficits in mice. Animal Model:Male C57BL/6NCrSlc mice, Dizocilpine (0.1 mg/kg) (HY-15084B) induced social recognition deficits Dosage:0.01, 0.03 and 0.1 mg/kg Administration:Oral administration, once Result:Significantly ameliorated Dizocilpine-induced social recognition deficits, without sedation or a reduction of exploratory behavior.

PKC ζ pseudosubstrat...
Inhibitor of protein kinase C (PKC) ζ; attached to cell permeabilisation Antennapedia domain vector peptide. Consists of amino acids 113 - 129 of PKC ζ pseudosubstrate domain linked by a disulphide bridge to the Antennapedia domain vector peptide. The Antennapedia peptide is actively taken up by intact cells, at 4 or 37°C, ensuring rapid and effective uptake of the inhibitor peptide. Once inside the cell, the disulphide bonds are subjected to reduction in the cytoplasm leading to release of the inhibitor peptide. Induces mast cell degranulation by a PKC ζ-independent pathway.

2'-Deoxyguanosine mo...
Deoxyguanosine is a nucleoside consisting of the base guanine and the sugar deoxyribose. It is like guanosine but with one oxygen atom removed. It is a nucleoside component of DNA. Deoxyguanosine can be converted to 8-hydroxy-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) due to hydroxyl radical attack at the C8 of guanine.
