In Vitro2-Methoxy-4-vinylphenol (2M4VP) potently inhibits the translocation of NF-κB p65 into the nucleus by IκB degradation following IκB-α phosphorylation and the phosphorylation of MAPKs such as p38, ERK1/2, and JNK. 2-Methoxy-4-vinylphenol (2M4VP) inhibits hyper-acetylation of histone H3 (Lys9/Lys14) induced by LPS. Western Blot Analysis Cell Line:RAW264.7 cells.Concentration:0-40 μM.Incubation Time:24 h.Result:Inhibited the over-expression of iNOS and COX-2 protein in LPS-stimulated RAW264.7 cells.
