In Vitro(+)-Gallocatechin (10-300 μM, 48 h) inhibits proliferation of HCT-116, and SW-480 cells, and induces cell apoptosis. Apoptosis Analysis Cell Line:HCT-116 Cells Concentration:0-100 μM Incubation Time:48 h Result:Apoptosis ratio: 14.1%, 25.0%, 23.5% at the concentration of 60, 80 and 100 μM.
