Biological Information

Product NameID-8
-
NoteResearch use only, not for human use.
-
Brief DescriptionID-8, a DYRK inhibitor, sustains embryonic stem cell self-renewal in long-term culture.
-
DescriptionID-8 is a DYRK inhibitor. ID-8 could support Wnt-induced human embryonic stem cell proliferation and survival without differentiation. Dual-specificity tyrosine phosphorylation-regulated kinase (DYRK) is the target of the small molecule ID-8. Its role in human pluripotent cell renewal was confirmed by DYRK knockdown in human embryonic stem cells.
-
In VitroID-8 (0.1-10 μM) increases human embryonic stem cell (hESC) survival.ID-8 (10 μM) stimulates ESCs proliferation in serum-free media for more than 1 month.
