Brief DescriptionProtosappanin B significantly increases cell viability, inhibits cell apoptosis and up-regulates the expression of growth-associated protein 43.
-
DescriptionProtosappanin B significantly increases cell viability, inhibits cell apoptosis and up-regulates the expression of growth-associated protein 43. Protosappanin B induces the degradation of p53 protein, via activation of a MDM2-dependent ubiquitination process.
-
In VitroProtosappanin B (12.5, 25, 50, 100, 200 μg/mL, 48 hours) dose-dependently inhibits tumor cells, with IC50s of 21.32 μg/mL, 26.73 μg/mL, and 76.53 μg/mL for SW-480, HCT-116, and BTT cells, respectively. Cell Viability Assay Cell Line:CT-116, SW-480, and BTT Cells Concentration:12.5, 25, 50, 100, 200 μg/mL Incubation Time:48 hours Result:Dose-dependently inhibited tumor cells after 48 hours of treatment.
