-
DescriptionGSK3011724A (DG167, GSK3011724A) is a potent, specific inhibitor of β-ketoacyl-ACP synthase (KasA, Kd=9 nM), shows anti-tubercular activity (MIC H37Rv=0.8 uM); shows much weaker apparent dissociation constant for both Pks10 and Pks (Kd=1.4 uM); inhibits mycolic acid biosynthesis and shows negligible activity against a panel of unrelated proteins and 18 Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacterial species.

6-Diazo-5-oxo-L-nor-...
L-6-Diazo-5-oxonorleucine is an antagonist of glutaminases (Ki : 6 μM). It is an antineoplastic antibiotic produced by an unidentified species of Streptomyces from Peruvian soil.
-
PBP 10
Selective formyl peptide receptor 2 (FPR2) antagonist; cell permeable. Selectively inhibits FPR2-mediated NADPH oxidase activity but has no effect on FPR1 signaling in neutrophils. Displays PIP2 binding activity in vitro and blocks cell motility. Also exhibits antiviral activity against influenza viruses via inhibition of viral-induced ERK activation.
