Brief DescriptionMI-223 (NSC 320223) is a small molecule that specifically binds to Mcl-1 with Kd of 160 nM.
-
DescriptionMI-223 (NSC 320223) is a small molecule that specifically binds to Mcl-1 with Kd of 160 nM, inhibits HR DNA repair and sensitizes cancer cells to DNA replication agents; not only disrupts the Mcl-1/Ku complex, but also potently inhibits HR activity in both H1299 and U2OS DR-GFP cells in a dose-dependent manner, sensitizes cancer cells to hydroxyurea- or olaparib-induced DNA replication stress; exhibits a strong synergy against lung cancer in vivo combined with Olaparib.
