In VitroRT-PCR Cell Line:SW480, HCT116, HT29 and DLD1 cells Concentration:5, 10 μM Incubation Time:24 h Result:Decreased the mRNA levels of these target genes in all four CRC cell lines in a dose-dependent manner. These results indicate that Chlorquinaldolcan inhibit the transcriptional activity of Wnt/β-catenin signaling in CRC cells.
