In VivoAnimal Model:BALB/c low inoculum model of K. pneumoniae, KEN-11 strain Dosage:100 mg/kg Administration:Intravenous injection (i.v.), 4 times a day, 5 d, in combination with Tazobactam (12.5 mg/kg, i.v., 4 times a day, 5 d)Result:Enabled all mice survived whereas all control mice died by 5 d, decreased the number of bacteria in lungs compared with control group[. Observed no bacteria in the blood of most mice (except for two mice at the early phase) while bacteria were observed in the blood of control group. Observed few inflammatory cells in the alveoli whereas an influx of numerous inflammatory cells were observed in the control group.

CRK12-IN-1
CRK12-IN-1 is a potent CRK12 inhibitor with insecticidal activity and exhibits inhibitory effects on Trypanosoma brucei (T.b. brucei) and Trypanosoma congolense (T. congolense) with EC50s of 1.3 and 18 nM, respectively, rapidly killing the pathogenic cells.
-
L-Uridine
L-Uridine is the enantiomer of D-uridine, a nucleoside that acts as a phosphate acceptor for nucleoside phosphotransferase, in the normal RNA component of a normal RNA isolated from Polyporaceae fungus Poria cocos (Schw.) L-Uridine has potential antiviral activity.
-
TBAJ-587
TBAJ-587 is a potent anti-tuberculosis agent. TBAJ-587 inhibits M.tb strain H37Rv growth with MIC90s of 0.006 and <0.02 μg/mL in MABA and LORA assay respectively. BAJ-587 has more potent activity against M. tuberculosis and better efficacy in animal models of TB.
