  • Description
Cefmetazole sodium is a semisynthetic cephamycin antibiotic. Target: Antibacterial Cefmetazole sodium has a broad spectrum of activity comparable to that of the second-generation cephalosporins, covering gram-positive, gram-negative, and anaerobic bacteria.(In Vitro):Cefmetazole sodium (Sodium cefmetazole) has antibiotic affinity to S. aureus with a MIC value of 1.0 mg/L and has affinity for PBP1, PBP2 and PBP3 with IC50 values of ≤0.3, 0.109 and 0.494 mg/L.(In Vivo):Cefmetazole sodium (Sodium cefmetazole) (100 mg/kg; i.h.; twice a day, for 7 days; male ICR mice) alters gut bacterial flora.

  • Phenyl-ac-Gly-OH

Phenylacetylglycine is an acyl glycine. Acyl glycines are normally minor metabolites of fatty acids. The presence of phenylacetylglycine in urine has been confirmed for dogs rats and mice. However the presence of this compound in human urine is controversial. GC-MS studies have not found this compound while NMR studies claimed to have identified it.

AHR antagonist 2 is an antagonist of the aryl hydrocarbon receptor. The IC50s for human AHR and mouse AHR are 0.885 and 2.03 nM, respectively.

Iodoantipyrine is a commonly-used indicator and is used to evaluate in rats by measuring torcular venous efflux after systemic injection of the indicator under conditions of normal and high CBF.
