DescriptionGSK693 (GSK-693) is a potent, direct inhibitor of M. tuberculosis enoyl-ACP reductase (InhA) with IC50 of 7 nM, shows equally potent activity against M. tuberculosis H37Rv both intra and extracellularly (MIC=0.2 uM); exhibits activities against multidrug (MDR) and extensively (XDR) drug-resistant clinical isolates as well as in TB murine models when orally dosed.
