The binding Kis of LY2955303 for RARα, RARβ, and RARγ are >1700, >2980, and 1.09 nM, respectively.(In Vivo):A single dose of LY2955303(oral) showed a dose-response effect in rats with different weight-bearing reductions with an ED50 of 0.72 mg/kg.
