In VivoCinepazide (intravenous?injection; 30 mg/kg) potentiates the vertebral vasodilator response of dogs to intravertebral adenosine and cyclic AMP, while cinnarizine reduces their vasodilator effects.Cinepazide (intravertebral injection; 1-10 mg/kg) increases vertebral blood flow in a dose-related manner and the effect is partially inhibited by Aminophylline (HY-B0140)?in dogs.
