Brief DescriptionAdibendan is a phosphodiesterase III inhibitor.
-
DescriptionAdibendan is a phosphodiesterase III inhibitor.(In Vitro):Adibendan exerted a concentration-dependent (0.03 –300 μM) positive inotropic effect in papillary muscles (EC50 = 1.3 μM) which was only partially reversible. The IC50 values for the inhibition of PDE1 or PDE2 were more than 60-fold higher.
